Concept

Facing the majestic St. Lawrence River, 15 km wide at this point, this splendid house seems to emerge from the beautiful Charlevoix forest.

The house is built from 2 interconnected blocs. The first story is vertical and is solidly anchored in the base rock. The second is horizontal and built on piles. This choice of design creates two vast terraces on each floor. With its large windows, the interior is always well lit with natural light. This simple and memorable use of rustic architecture is offset beautifully by the modern and cozy interior.
